Holiday Weekends

On holiday weekends, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Day, all standard and economy motel rooms have a two-day minimum stay requirement. If we have availability between longer-term reservations we may accept reservations for less than two days.

Deposit

We require that all single night stays are to be paid in full and multiple night stays require a 50% deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Motel units require three-day prior notice to receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Group reservations of three or more rooms require 14-day notice to cancel. Notice of cancellation will be timed to 3:00 PM EST the date of arrival.

Room Capacity Policy

Rooms with one bed are limited to two occupants including children.

Rooms with two beds are limited to four occupants including children.

Additional occupants may be possible with our approved bedding only.

Child Policy

Children 12 and under are free in room with one paying adult in Existing Bedding. Children over 12 stay at $10/night in Existing Bedding.

No Smoking

Absolutely No Smoking inside; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Pets

No pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.

Early Departures

There are NO refunds available for early departures.
