Our unique hillside property contains four buildings with 47 clean and comfortable rooms. Twenty rooms have balconies, and 5 of these have views over the beautiful Frenchman’s Bay. We have a wide variety of room types and even a rental house on the property. Please review the room configurations below.

Large four-bedroom home just minutes from downtown Bar Harbor, its shops, restaurants, and waterfront. Large eat-in, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Separate dining room opens into a large living room. A half bath opens just off the hall. Upstairs the bedrooms include: a single, 2 doubles, a queen, and a double and a single. The queen bedroom has its own full bath and another full bath serves the other bedrooms. A full washer and dryer in the basement makes longer stays more convenient.
**Please note that the Rental House must pay 50% deposit via check sent to our PO Box and it also requires $400 security deposit which is refundable after vacating premises (as long as everything is intact). The remainder of the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.**
